【Training Camp】Adam Smith's Enlightened World

Release Date: 2017/9/8 15:01:57

Dear ASEW Conference Participants,

I’m delighted to welcome you to the Adam Smith’s Enlightened World Conference.

For the past few years, academia gradually confirm the richness and significance of Adam Smith’s thoughts. Many scholars have explored Smith’s works from the following aspects: literature, economics, religion, politics, philosophy and history. With the overarching theme of entering his enlightened world, this conference will provide a platform for you to present your innovative opinion and fresh ideas based on a careful study of TMS and WN.

The event also aims to connect you to like-minded peers as well as eminent leaders in this field. Through continuous discussion, I’m hoping that you can share your experience and find new inspirations here. Besides, I’d like to introduce you the beautiful scenery of Zhijiang Campus and West Lake.

I look forward to the fruitful and stimulating dialogue and discussion at the ASEW Conference, hoping that the conference will build closer links among the congenial participants.
